Dear Beulah Folks,

I have just received a call from Betty and Ed Ward to say that Blanche LeMon passed away this morning. Most of you know that Blanche lived at Rose Anna Hughes. When she did not come down for breakfast this morning, someone went to check on her and found her in her chair. Ed and Betty were just here to visit with her and they said she was feeling good and her spirits were good. You can imagine what a shock this is to the both of them. Please keep Betty and Ed and their family in your prayers.

Arrangements have not been made yet but Betty and Ed are flying in from their home in Florida today. Blanche will be at the Fern Creek Funeral Home. Saturday is the probable day for the funeral. As soon as I know final arrangements I will let you know.
